C'mon man. You got to know more about the competitive dynamics in the Japanese consulting market, the competitors, and clear logical reasoning on why it has done well and why it will continue to do well. Just stating that they have local expertise and are highly technical are very poor reasons. Every consulting company portrays themselves that way.
Has your thesis changed at all since your write up? The recently announced company split seemed to have spooked the market.
